At Skylight Aromas, we aim to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are our shipping options and policies:

Australia Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $9.95

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $14.95

Free Shipping:

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $100.

  • Upgrade to FREE express shipping on orders over $150.

Local Pick-Up:

  • FREE local pick-up is available from our Sunshine Coast studio.

  • Same-day pick-up is available upon request (please contact us after placing your order).

Processing Times:

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipping.

  • For custom orders or during peak periods, dispatch times may extend.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Parcel Post): Delivery takes between 2–10 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Metro Areas: Next-business-day delivery for locations within the Australia Post Express Post Network.

    • Regional Areas: Delivery within 2–4 business days outside the Express Network.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, including public holidays or unforeseen delays.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure you’re happy with your Skylight Aromas products.

Faulty Products:

  • If you receive a candle or product that is faulty, please contact us immediately.

  • Products must be returned to us for assessment. If deemed faulty, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or credit.

Damaged in Transit:

  • If your product is damaged during transit, send us photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • A replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Change of Mind:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
